• Products returned without the original packaging or with signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its original and unused condition.

The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

4. Refund

• After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the eligible refund within 7 business days.
• The approved refund will be credited to the customer's Seyon Signature Wallet.
• The refund amount may be subject to applicable shipping or other charges, where applicable.
• The refund will be processed only for products that meet our return conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Has been washed.
• Has stains, damage, or alterations.
• Is missing original tags or packaging.
• Is returned after the 2-day return period.
